  • Responsible for providing the guests with courteous and professional service in order to increase revenue for the hotel line using up-selling techniques, and meet and exceed sales targets
  • Mix drinks, cocktails and bar beverages, can make a good coffee, serve wine as ordered and in compliance with company standards; Must also be knowledgeable in-service procedures as well as the products
  • Maintain clean and orderly lounges/bars
  • Conduct end of operation inventories, checking par levels with the F&B Supervisor, and Inventory Team. Conduct spot checks throughout all bars at any given time
  • Ensure proper rotation of stock (First In – First Out)
  • Transport stock to various department. (café, resto, bar, minibar and kitchen) when necessary
  • Work at special parties and private functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School education or better
  • With valid Health Card and Working Permit
  • Minimum of 6 months Food and Beverage related service experience; preferably with Bartending experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the guests and senior management
  • Ability to lead and make decisions
  • Good administrative skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Must be cost and quality conscious
  • Preferably a Baguio resident or from nearby provinces
