The Team Leader will oversee and manage nationwide medical missions, ensuring smooth execution of operations from planning to post-mission reporting. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, human management skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate medical and support teams during mission operations.
  • Manage on-site personnel deployment, workloads, schedules, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and local partners to ensure mission readiness and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct pre-mission briefings and post-mission evaluations with the team.
  • Resolve urgent concerns, conflicts, and operational challenges on the ground.
  • Ensure a positive working environment and maintain high team morale.
  • Oversee proper implementation of procedures, patient care standards, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare mission reports, feedback summaries, and improvement recommendations.
  • Represent the company professionally to patients, communities, and partner organizations.
  • Supervise the entire run, ensuring staff performance, efficiency, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have more than a year of experience in leading a team
  • Proven leadership experience in field operations, healthcare, or related environments.
  • Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and work in various mission settings.
  • Background in healthcare, operations management, or similar fields is an advantage.
