Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to execute our comprehensive marketing strategies developed with our marketing consultant. This role is crucial in implementing our vision of becoming BGC's leading holistic wellness aesthetic clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Erika Velasco and our chief marketing officer, Mr. Heesoo Park, and our marketing consultant, Mr. Alizon de Torres, to bring our strategic initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution (80% of role)

• Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Create and schedule daily content aligned with our holistic wellness positioning
• Implement approved digital advertising campaigns with focus on our three core packages: V-Refresh, V-Relift, and V-Resurface
• Monitor and respond to patient inquiries and comments within 2 hours during business hours
• Track and report social media metrics weekly

• Content Creation & Management

• Direct and coordinate with our freelance videographer for video content production

• Develop content showcasing our "Total Skin Experience" approach
• Create before/after galleries and patient testimonial content
• Produce educational content about holistic skincare and treatments

• Ensure all content aligns with our brand values: Trustworthy, Personalized, Reputable, and Holistic

• Website & SEO Management

• Update website content regularly with new services, promotions, and blog posts

• Optimize website for local SEO targeting BGC and surrounding areas
• Manage online booking system and ensure smooth patient journey
• Monitor website analytics and implement improvements

• Email Marketing

• Design and execute monthly email campaigns to our patient database

• Create automated email sequences for new patients and membership programs
• Develop targeted campaigns for our Beauty Bank loyalty tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
• Track email performance metrics and optimize for engagement

Traditional Marketing (20% of role)

• Partnership Development

• Build relationships with local businesses in BGC for cross-promotion opportunities

• Coordinate with influencers and micro-influencers for authentic partnerships
• Develop referral programs with existing patients

• Event Coordination

• Plan and execute monthly VMA wellness events and open houses

• Coordinate participation in health and beauty fairs
• Organize exclusive member appreciation events

Patient Relationship Management

• Maintain and segment patient database for targeted marketing
• Implement patient retention strategies aligned with our membership programs
• Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve services
• Support the front desk team with marketing materials and patient education

Budget & Performance Management

• Manage monthly marketing budget of ₱50,000 efficiently
• Track ROI on all marketing initiatives
• Prepare weekly performance reports for Dr. Velasco
• Recommend budget allocation adjustments based on performance data

Strategic Implementation

• Execute the 16-week marketing transformation roadmap
• Support the launch and promotion of Beauty Bank membership tiers
• Implement tracking systems for daily patient numbers and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the team to achieve 50% revenue growth target within 6 months

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, specifically in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare
• Proven track record in social media marketing and digital advertising

Technical Skills

• Proficient in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Experience with CRM systems for patient management

Core Competencies

• Digital Native: Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices
• Creative Eye: Ability to maintain aesthetic standards appropriate for a medical aesthetics clinic
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
• Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing metrics and making data-based recommendations
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Customer-Centric: Understanding of patient journey and experience in healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical aesthetics terminology and treatments
• Knowledge of DOH and FDA regulations for healthcare marketing
• Photography or videography skills
• Experience managing influencer partnerships
• Familiarity with membership/loyalty program management

Work Arrangement & Benefits

• Schedule: Hybrid arrangement - 4 days on-site (Tuesday-Friday), 1 day work from home (Monday)
