Responsibilities:

  1. Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance. Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

  2. Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip. Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.

  3. Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions. Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's itinerary.

  4. Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.

  5. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.

  6. Safely transporting employees as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

  7. Maintain contact with the team member to ensure awareness of the delivery or transport situations.

  8. Builds positive relationship with customers, employees and suppliers. Comprehend requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings.

  9. Flexible and adaptive in any tasks that will help in developing and improving the department's management.

  10. Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. At least high school graduates

  2. Must be trustworthy and has positive relationship with others

  3. Must have 2 to 5 years' experience as driver

  4. Familiar with Davao/Southern Mindanao region route and traffic rules and regulations
