About the role

Ultra Packaging Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Driver to join our dynamic team in Bunawan, Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to be a key part of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate company vehicles, including trucks, and delivery vehicles, to transport goods and materials to customers within the local area
  2. Ensure the timely and safe delivery of all shipments, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
  3. Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the vehicles in optimal condition
  4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries including delivery receipts
  5. Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address any inquiries or concerns
  6. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise delivery routes and schedules

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial driver, preferably in the warehousing, storage, or distribution industry
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  5. Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery demands
