About the role
Ultra Packaging Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Driver to join our dynamic team in Bunawan, Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to be a key part of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Operate company vehicles, including trucks, and delivery vehicles, to transport goods and materials to customers within the local area
- Ensure the timely and safe delivery of all shipments, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep the vehicles in optimal condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries including delivery receipts
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise delivery routes and schedules
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial driver, preferably in the warehousing, storage, or distribution industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery demands
