Job Title:
Senior IT Billing Analyst (US)

Role Description

  • Oversee the Billing team to ensure timely, complete, and accurate billings and help resolve customer billing disputes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Order Management on non-standard invoicing requirements and deal structure.
  • Manage month-end billing completeness and accuracy reconciliation to be in compliance with SOX controls.
  • Assist with testing on new system/process enhancements, external audit requests, and adhoc projects.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on billings, credit memos, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Provide KPI and performance metrics to leadership as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of seven years of experience in billings with at least two years in a people management role. Experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology public companies is highly desirable
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of billing operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Workday or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing, customer-focused teams in both onshore and offshore locations.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and complete initiatives
