The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients while managing production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical processes such as SEC submissions and Workiva integration. This position is best suited for professionals with backgrounds in advertising, publishing, financial printing, or regulatory communications who want to play a key role in U.S. capital markets and corporate reporting.

This is a remote position, aligned with U.S. client schedules and deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project & Client Management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of corporate reporting projects from initiation to submission.
  • Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across design, editorial, advisory, and production.

Technical Oversight & Compliance

  • Oversee preparation and SEC submission of regulatory reports (10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, ESG).
  • Use platforms such as Workiva for collaborative authoring, version control, and XBRL tagging.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC filing requirements and internal quality protocols.

Design & Content Integration

  • Partner with design/content teams to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
  • Review layouts and ensure consistency, clarity, and precision.

Crisis Management & Quality Assurance

  • Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalate critical matters when needed.
  • Conduct quality reviews to guarantee compliance and editorial accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, English, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' project management experience in a client-facing role.
  • Background in advertising, publishing, or financial printing strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with SEC reporting, Workiva, and EDGAR highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Workiva and EDGAR submission tools.
  • Familiarity with financial publishing processes and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Knowledge of layout, print production, and digital collaboration platforms.
