[Key Responsibilities]

  • Execute storytelling-driven editing for brand films, TV commercials, and digital campaign videos.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
  • Lead the entire post-production process, including cut editing, sound design, and color grading.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and AI Creators to conceptualize and visualize video projects.
  • Research and apply the latest video trends and editing/motion graphics techniques to the production pipeline.

[Qualifications]

  • Expert-level proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • An exceptional ability to construct compelling narratives through rhythmic editing, sound, and graphics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience and a deep understanding of commercial video production, such as advertisements and brand films.
  • Creative planning and directing skills to translate ideas into concrete visuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience with AI video generation and editing tools (e.g., Runway, VEO, Pika Labs).
  • Proficiency in 3D graphics software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Prior experience at an advertising agency or a post-production house.
  • A strong understanding of brand marketing and advertising campaigns.
