Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures the monitoring and research of documents relating to the unit's activities: implements the information retrieval strategy, selects information sources, participates in monitoring regulatory, competitive and technical developments, etc.
  • Manages information resources and tools: receives all documents (internal, external) in all formats, manages subscriptions, manages classification and indexing tools, feeds databases, etc.
  • Develops and produces services and documents adapted to the demands: drafts and distributes summaries, press reviews, bibliography on various media (printed, web, etc.).
  • Ensures relations with employees: welcomes, assists and guides requesters, provides training in the use of sources, methods, etc.

Profile
