We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Tender Administrator / Estimator to join our dynamic New Business Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide both administrative and technical support throughout the tender process helping prepare, coordinate, and submit competitive bids. Working closely with Estimators, Bid Writers, and cross-functional teams including operations, finance, procurement, and our civil sector partners, you will play a vital role in securing new projects by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions.

You will liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure the best price positions and support efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will include evaluating supply chain pricing, managing tender documentation, supporting estimation processes using PRO-EST software, and assisting with minor works costings. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoy working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Estimator, Tender Administrator, or in a similar role
  • Proven experience supporting clients based in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK
  • Proficiency in using estimating software, preferably Proest is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of civil and commercial construction methodologies
  • Proficient in data entry, report preparation, and scheduling.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours (AEST/NZST)
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City
