We are seeking an Pricing Assistant to work collaboratively in growing and managing our best-in-class e-commerce website. The ideal candidate excellences in solving complex problems while leveraging technology to maximize operational efficiencies.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in pricing analysis/management or a legal/contract/compliance role.
  • 5+ Years of proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of pricing strategies and market dynamics.
  • Experience with managing online pricing, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels such as Netsuite and Magento.
  • Knowledge of MAP policies and the ability to enforce them effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for margin analysis and price optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and precision.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and update pricing on the company website, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Maintain margins by balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with MAP policies across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
  • Provide regular reporting on pricing effectiveness and market dynamics.
  • Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

US Based Hours Requirement:

In this role, flexibility meets structure. We understand the importance of work-life balance, especially in a remote setting. However, to ensure alignment with our core operations and team dynamics, we require that at least 50% of your working hours, or a minimum of 4 hours per day, coincide with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
