Job Title: Concierge Supervisor
Location: High-Rise Residential Condominium, Parañaque City
Department: Front Office / Concierge
Reports To: Property Manager / Building Manager
Job Summary
The Concierge Supervisor oversees daily front desk and concierge operations to ensure residents, guests, and clients receive exceptional service. The role includes supervising concierge personnel, coordinating resident services, maintaining security protocols, and supporting property management in delivering a safe, organized, and resident-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concierge & Front Desk Operations
- Supervise daily concierge activities, ensuring 24/7 desk coverage and adherence to service standards.
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and clients courteously.
- Manage inquiries, incoming calls, emails, and service requests.
- Oversee handling of deliveries, visitor logging, unit access authorization, and key control.
2. Team Supervision
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate concierge staff.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure staff performance aligns with building policies.
- Address conflicts, performance issues, and service concerns promptly.
- Ensure staff appearance, grooming, and professionalism.
3. Resident Relations
- Respond to resident concerns and coordinate solutions with the Property Management Office (PMO).
- Facilitate communication of building announcements, guidelines, and events.
- Build strong resident rapport while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
4. Security & Safety Coordination
- Work closely with Security to uphold building safety protocols.
- Ensure proper implementation of visitor management, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
- Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and drills as needed.
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation (shift reports, incident reports, turnover logs).
- Monitor inventory of concierge supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Assist with the implementation of building policies, house rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Recommend operational improvements to enhance service quality.
6. Vendor & Service Coordination
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party service providers for resident requests.
- Monitor the performance of contracted services related to the lobby and concierge area.
- Coordinate move-ins/outs and special resident requests.
Qualifications
- College graduate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of concierge, front office, or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in residential condominiums, hotels, or serviced residences is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque
