You work closely with colleagues across regions and business lines to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. You help drive process improvements and contribute to new initiatives, making a real impact on our operations. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with a variety of teams.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver tax reporting and analysis for global staff expense regulatory requirementsSupervise and support junior team members as neededPrepare data for employment tax reporting and payroll cycles, meeting strict deadlinesCollaborate with local teams, regional tax leads, and product teams to ensure complianceProvide ad hoc analysis and insights for key stakeholders to support regulatory changesMonitor and reconcile payment data, identifying and resolving issues with tax impactParticipate in projects to implement new tax rules and regulationsRecommend and support improvements to the expense reporting process and user experienceEscalate and resolve issues promptly, taking ownership through to resolutionOperate with a control focus, highlighting risks and presenting mitigation optionsCross-train and participate in other tax reporting activities as requiredRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExtensive experience in tax or financeDegree or significant equivalent work experienceFunctional understanding of indirect and employment taxesKnowledge of accounting and general ledger expensesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage and organize large data sets effectivelyStrong time management and prioritization skillsAbility to multitask and meet strict deadlinesGood interpersonal skills for effective collaborationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience with SharePointExperience with AlteryxExperience working with Concur Travel and Entertainment expense reportingExperience supporting payroll and HR teamsExperience in a global or multi-regional environmentExperience in process improvement or user experience projectsExperience supervising or mentoring junior staffInternal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE:Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
