What You'll Do

As a Team Supervisor, you'll play a key role in driving performance and customer satisfaction by:

  • Supervising a real-time chat support team handling banking and card-related inquiries
  • Managing escalations and resolving complex customer concerns with professionalism
  • Monitoring team performance and coaching for continuous improvement
  • Staying up to date on financial regulations, industry trends, and fraud prevention
  • Overseeing workforce management to ensure optimal staffing and SLA compliance
  • Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing support agents
  • Sharing insights and data with leadership to inform strategic decisions

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, with emphasis on card services
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with live chat support platforms and case management systems
  • A calm, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
