Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): good verbal and written communication skills, and data analysis;
  • Have at least an OJT in a manufacturing company during college but actual work experience in poultry industry is preferred;
  • 1 Full-Time position available;
  • Position title will be Operations Efficiency Services (OES) Supervisor.

Job Description:

  • Support the operations to attain its KPI;
  • Monitor KPIs of operations;
  • Identify areas of the operation that need improvement and conduct thorough case investigation, experimentation, to help provide recommendations and create action plans that will aid in solving the operations' concerns;
  • Provide technical and operational assistance and help increase the operations efficiency through development, implementation, and maintenance of effective quality management system;
  • Routine audits/visits to facilities to distinguish best practices and continuously identify areas for improvement;
  • Effective communication with the operations team to establish rapport which will aid full understanding of the concerns, opportunities for improvement and implementation of recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
