Job Title: Plant Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for Plant Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our plant's facilities. This role ensures that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management within a manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily plant facility operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for all plant facilities and equipment.
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of capital projects and plant upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management, analyzing operational efficiency and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with departments to support production needs.
Job Qualifications:
  • With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • With 15+ years' experience in plant/facilities maintenance, including supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, OSHA regulations, and maintenance best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
  • Shows a sense of urgency and keenness to details in business-related situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
