We are a UK-based Amazon FBA business looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented virtual assistant from the Philippines to manage product sourcing for our Online Arbitrage operations.

Your role will be to find and analyse profitable products to sell on Amazon UK using tools such as Keepa and SellerAmp (SAS). You'll be responsible for researching suppliers, checking product data, and submitting accurate daily reports showing profit margins, ROI, and sales rankings.

You must have experience with Amazon FBA sourcing and be confident working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and pricing trends. Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy are essential.

We're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and committed to building a long-term working relationship. You'll be working directly with the business owner, with full support and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and analyse profitable products for Online Arbitrage
  • Use Keepa and SellerAmp SAS to check price history, ROI, profit, and competition
  • Apply our buying criteria:
  • Minimum ROI: 20–35%
  • Minimum profit: £2 per unit
  • Maximum BSR: top 2%
  • Record product leads accurately in Google Sheets
  • Monitor price changes and identify replenishable products
  • Communicate clearly and submit daily reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage (UK or US marketplace preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp SAS
  • Good English communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets
  • Reliable internet connection and laptop
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
