About the Role:

The Project Engineer (CSA) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of construction projects. This role ensures that all CSA works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The Project Engineer supports site operations, contractor supervision, cost evaluation, and quality assurance to ensure successful and compliant project delivery.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with Professional license is a must.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in a variety of building types and infrastructure projects.
  • With at least two (2) years experience as a Safety Officer or PCO.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the construction schedule of the project;
  • Provide quantity takeoff for Owner-supplied materials;
  • Ensures the project is executed on time;
  • Ensures contractor's output are quality and conforming to plans and specifications;
  • Evaluates contractor/supplier's billings;
  • Practices standard safety procedure;
  • Accommodates the Inspection & Work Request of the contractor;
  • Acts as assistant warehouse manager; and
  • Acts as Pollution Control Officer.
  • The Project Engineer (CSA) will assist the Project Officer is the construction of structural components in various projects, and will act as the Pollution Control Officer on site.
