We are looking for a highly skilled Data Integration Developer (DataStage) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting ETL processes and data integration solutions using IBM DataStage. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient data pipelines.


Non-Negotiable Skills
  • Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage v11.5 or higher
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in Windows and Unix scripting

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data integration workflows and ETL processes from source systems to target data warehouse environments
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to create system-level and component-level designs using Job Analysis and Solution Documents
  • Develop new ETL components and enhance existing ones following Job Design Documents
  • Create required documentation and project artifacts
  • Conduct Unit Testing and Quality Assurance (QA) activities in alignment with project plans
  • Perform deployment activities and support production rollouts
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure stability and performance of data solutions

  • Maintain deliverables including:

  • Job Design Documents

  • Unit Test Results
  • Change Tickets and Package Documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to work on night and/or weekend shifts, as required
  • Willing to report onsite 100%
