Job Summary: The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding, and the successful implementation of FPP campaigns. The role should have a strong background in exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Build Strong Relationships:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with fuel partners, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. 2. Understand Partner Needs:
• Gain a deep understanding of partner needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support. 3. Onboarding and Training:
• Lead the onboarding process for new fuel partners, providing guidance, training, and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership. 4. Monitor Performance:
• Monitor partner performance when it comes to FPP, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and success. 5. Provide Support:
• Offer proactive and responsive support to partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the partnership lifecycle. 6. Collaborate Internally:
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies, communicate partner feedback, and drive product enhancements. 7. Revenue Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth within the partnership, such as upselling products/services, expanding partnerships, and driving adoption of new offerings. 8. Retention and Renewals:
• Develop strategies and initiatives to drive partner retention and renewals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
