The Electromechanical Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems, machines, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role requires technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications:
- Vocational or Technical Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setting).
- Knowledge in troubleshooting PLCs, motors, sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and perform on-call maintenance support if needed.
