  • College undergrad in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred or graduate of any of the following:

  • Vocational Diploma / TESDA NC II and NC III

  • Electrical technology
  • Refrigeration & Airconditioning Servicing
  • Electromechanical technology

  • Mechatronics servicing NC II / NC III

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Facilities equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair – preferably in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledgeable in Preventive Maintenance of:

  • HVAC systems

  • Electronics components

  • Generators and pumps.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair:

  • Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.

  • Motors, sensors, control system and basic hydraulics

  • Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and interpreting schematic and wiring diagrams

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and testing instruments.

  • Skilled in the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems, including copper and galvanized iron (G.I.) pipelines
