Job Qualifications:

  • At least technical vocational graduate of any machines/electrical related course
  • Must be knowledgeable with variable capacities in different motor controls, printed logic controllers (PLC) and possibly digital technologies.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience as Maintenance/Machine Technician
  • Experience on any manufacturing industry or manufacturing of steels is an advantage

Job Description:

  • Able to carry out maintenance activities for the Rapid Forming Plant as needed;
  • Maintain and monitor recommended tools and spare parts inventory needed for the immediate repair of all production machines.
  • Develops maintenance procedures and programs appropriate for the production machine.
  • Coordinates with the production planner and/or production supervisor for the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Establishes maintenance reports needed to monitor effectiveness of the programs implemented, Analyses reports and records.
  • Creates history card/log sheets per machine to keep track of maintenance activities done.
  • Works with the Maintenance Supervisor in determining estimates on cost, time tables, and budgets.
  • Help promote safety awareness in the plant.
  • Provides regular maintenance reports as required by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Head.
  • Performs other duties from time-to-time.
