Our Manila office is one of our largest and fastest-growing hubs — home to research, technology, client service, and support teams. As we grow to 350+ employees with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office, we're investing in a workplace that reflects who we are and how we work.
We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Workplace Experience Manager to run our current serviced office and support local delivery of our new dedicated Glass Lewis office, opening in Q3 2026.
About the Role
You'll oversee daily operations for our 213-seat serviced office, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while planning for the next phase of growth. Working with our Director Workplace Experience & Real Estate, IT, Operations, and People teams, you'll manage vendors, coordinate hybrid attendance, and lead local activities for the new office building from program requirements through move-in.
You'll also hire and mentor a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and engagement programs.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in workplace, facilities, or project management in a professional or multinational environment.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills; ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
- Proven experience supporting office fit-outs, relocations, or new builds.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A people-first mindset and passion for creating great workplace experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of local safety and compliance standards.
- (Bonus) Experience managing hybrid scheduling or occupancy planning.
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, vendors, and service quality in the Manila office.
- Manage the serviced-office provider and coordinate services, maintenance, and improvements.
- Partner with IT and department leads on space allocation and hybrid attendance scheduling for 350+ employees.
- Lead local activities for the new office project, including design support, vendor coordination, budgeting, and move logistics.
- Track and manage local budgets, vendor invoices, and project-related expenses.
- Partner with the People Team on engagement, events, and workplace communications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building standards including report requirements (eg DOLE OSH).
- Champion sustainability and wellbeing initiatives.
- Hire, train, and manage a Workplace Experience Coordinator.
- Ensures compliance to any legal and DENR requirements.
- Responsible for building compliance including but not limited to gate pass requirements
- Create a properly documented manual of systems and processes related to facilities maintenance and operation.
