  • Degree in Building or Civil Engineering, with membership in a professional association (e.g., Chartered Planning, Project Management), OR
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years (Mid) and at least 10 years (Senior) of relevant experience in planning management.
  • Strong knowledge of planning processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in risk management principles and practices.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the forms of contracts used in the Philippines.
  • Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Tilos.
  • Collaborate with the BD team, Estimating Manager, and Precontracts Manager to fully understand client requirements and clarify project scope as needed.
  • Lead the development of programme schedules and timelines for construction work, incorporating resource requirements, historical trends, and striving for optimal resource utilization.
  • Develop robust construction methodologies by integrating innovative technologies to improve and optimize construction plans.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities and risks related to the time-sensitive aspects of bids.
  • Experience with earthworks are preferred.
