Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and processes loan applications through the company's physical channels (booth/branches located in Malls) ensuring the completeness of all requirements.
  • Conducts screening and interview of all prospective clients, ensuring proper documentation of the important details of the interaction/conversation.
  • Maintains a good relationship between the company and its clients.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Possesses above average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Amenable to work on Weekends/Holidays and shifting schedules (mall hours).
  • Can start ASAP.

Must be amenable to be assigned to My Metro Town Tarlac.
