DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure complete and error free encoding process according to service standard.
  • Conduct contract review of customer orders.
  • Ensures all orders are delivered according to delivery schedule.
  • Give feedback to customer in case contract review resulted an issue that need to be resolved.
  • Receive and ensures completeness of invoices, payments and other documents from the delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely adjustment of any discrepancy on invoice arising from the delivery.
  • Ensure on time and complete remittance of invoice.
  • Improve and apply set standards in each process in compliance to RGCPS.
  • Participate in company productivity programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or order processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to complex inquiries and concerns in a professional and polite manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in encoding, documentation, and order handling
