Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's lending products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, sales presentations, and promotional content.
  • Organize and participate in events, tradeshows, or community activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct fieldwork by visiting designated areas to source and evaluate potential loan applicants.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BSBA major in Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in lending or financial services is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate and adept in using marketing and productivity tools.
  • Enthusiastic, target-driven, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork to source loan applicants.
  • Preferably with a valid driver's license (able to drive motorcycle or 4-wheeled vehicles).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
