Overview

We are looking for a Business Development and Engagement Coordinator based in the Philippines to support client engagement, resource coordination, and project follow-through. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work during EST hours. The focus is on maintaining active communication with deployed resources and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, tracking performance, and identifying any risks or bottlenecks early.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for active client engagements and deployed resources.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to confirm job alignment, workload, and performance status.
  • Confirm onboarding completion, system access, team integration, and schedule alignment.
  • Identify risks, concerns, or bottlenecks that may affect delivery and escalate as needed.
  • Support business development by assisting with client follow-ups, status updates, and engagement tracking.
  • Maintain clear documentation of resource status, client feedback, and action items.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and client contacts to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track time zone coverage, attendance, and responsiveness of resources.
  • Assist in preparation of reports related to engagement health and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development support, project coordination, account management, or engagement coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working during EST business hours.
  • Strong follow-up skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working with US clients is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, email tools, and CRM systems.
