Position Overview

The Branch Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the branch, ensuring profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales and service teams, providing financial insights and solutions that drive business growth in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management

  • Develop, monitor, and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submission to senior management.
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures.

  • Risk & Compliance

  • Conduct credit risk assessments and approve financing solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Safeguard branch operations against financial exposure.

  • Business Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to design customer-focused financing packages.

  • Provide financial analysis to support dealership expansion and new initiatives.
  • Align financial strategies with branch performance goals.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration between finance, sales, and operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
