Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Post Closing Auditor, reviewing loan documents against FHA or VA checklists to ensure compliance with agency guidelines. Collaborating with the Insuring team, you will log errors or omissions in Encompass LOS and guarantee all loans are reviewed within three business days of funding.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday, weekends off)

Work setup: Onsite, Makati City

The Qualifications We Seek

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in loan processing or mortgage auditing (preferred)
• Experience using Encompass (preferred)
• Familiarity with the loan process and departmental responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to collaborate in correcting or requesting required documentation

Your Daily Tasks

• Review documents in the Encompass eFolder for compliance with agency guidelines
• Log trailing signature documents on a shared spreadsheet for follow-up
• Audit a minimum of 30 loan files daily
• Escalate problem loans to the Insuring Team Lead or Insuring Manager
