What You'll Do
- Enter loan applications via Apply Online and manual platforms
- Manage client applications from submission through to post-settlement
- Prepare compliance documentation
- Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and clients throughout the loan process
- Oversee client construction progress payments
- Assist with post-settlement client care and relationship management
- Support office administration and digital marketing projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Australian mortgage broking business (essential)
- Experience with Mercury (Connective) preferred
- Background in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is highly regarded
- Proactive, highly organized, and quick to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good computer skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Internet Connection of at least 25 Mbps
- Must have a contingency plan for power or internet interruptions
Salary & Hours
- PHP 50,000 – 65,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern business hours
