provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, and processing sales, while also maintaining a clean and organized store by managing inventory and visual displays. Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions, offering product recommendations, processing purchases and returns, handling complaints, and maintaining a positive sales environment to achieve sales goals. Customer-Facing Duties

  • Assist Customers:Guide customers to products, answer questions, and help them find items they are looking for.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, benefits, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Drive Sales:Actively engage customers to understand their needs, upsell relevant items, and suggest add-ons to increase sales.
  • Process Transactions:Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, handle returns, and manage payments.
  • Handle Issues:Professionally address customer complaints, returns, and other issues to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience.

Store Operations & Maintenance

  • Inventory Management:Restock shelves, organize back stock, process new shipments, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Merchandising:Maintain product displays, ensure accurate pricing and signage, and help create a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Store Cleanliness:Keep the sales floor, dressing rooms, and other areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Security:Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity, report security issues to management, and adhere to store security policies.

Team & Goal-Oriented Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed personal and departmental sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and supervisors to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on sales activity and customer needs to management, and suggest strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
