We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Virtual Assistant to serve as the Receptionist for a company in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients — handling calls, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage class or session bookings
  • Provide accurate information about our fitness services, programs, and promotions
  • Take messages and forward calls to the appropriate staff members as needed
  • Follow up with leads, membership inquiries, or missed calls
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or booking systems
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as email management or data entry when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, energetic attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
