Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletter.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media presence, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance.
  • Digital marketing
  • Event planning and execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in ensuring consistent brand messaging and support promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, market insights, and social media analytics.
  • Administrative Support: Handle daily tasks assigned by superiors, including documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in handling inquiries, feedback, and customer-related concerns through online and offline channels.
  • Creative Support: Help in designing marketing materials (brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional items) in collaboration with the design team.
