Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Product Owner to lead the development of user-centric products through a human-centered design approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Requirements Analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog based on client needs.
  • Lead product development efforts, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and strategy.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate features.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to solution design and provide expertise during implementation.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned product(s).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience in user research and feedback-driven development.
  • Proficient in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and grooming tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
