Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and implement website content, copies, and updates based on approved digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and diversify social media content to align with specified target markets, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Ensure 100% responsiveness for social media and online travel agency concerns, addressing inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate pre and post-event requirements, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Design print materials for advertisements and collaterals, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal for both online and offline channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase gift certificate sales and other revenue streams contributing to direct sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Events, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our online presence.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement, and brand loyalty in the digital space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving digital marketing goals and objectives.
