About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join our team at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. in the Baguio City Benguet area. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment and systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and order parts as needed
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement improvements
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or similar role in the Trades & Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
