About the Role

Be part of our client's team as an Intermediate Draft Technician, where you will prepare and ensure the quality of drawing packages using Autodesk Revit and other CAD software. You will play a crucial role in creating accurate floor plans and models while supporting global projects in real estate and beyond.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM software
• Ability to develop and prepare detailed floor plan drawings with precision
• Skill in performing quality assurance checks for accuracy and compliance
• Experience in an engineering-related field with solid drafting knowledge
• Strong attention to detail to produce accurate, high-quality outputs
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve drafting or software issues
• Organizational skills to manage and prioritize drafting tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work with different CAD software and adapt to project needs

What You'll Do

Drafting & Quality Assurance

• Create architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and client requirements
• Create DWG floor plans using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
• Create RVT models using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
• Create 3D isometric models using Autodesk Revit for interior design and virtual staging clients, selecting furnishings, materials, and artwork
• Create iGUIDE floor plans using Planitar's proprietary software, Draft, for residential, commercial, and insurance restoration clients
• Create ESX floor plan sketches using Verisk's construction estimating software, Xactimate, for insurance restoration claims clients

Operations & Support

• Address and report production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Shift Leader
• Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Perform tasks outside of drafting, including AI annotations, marketing research, information gathering, and case studies
• Meet established KPI targets by applying effective strategies and managing daily operations
• Support other duties as required to meet organizational needs
