The role in a nutshell
:

As a Finance Analyst you will ensure accurate invoice validation, timely payments, and account reconciliations. Supporting month-end close, audits, and reporting, you'll help maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in finance tools will drive your success.

How you will make a difference:

• As a Finance Analyst, you will be working on the ad hoc analysis of the finance functions and support accounts payable and payment processing.
• Actively ensures that the invoices are properly validated and verified in the system.
• Prepares and processes transfers and payments.
• Reconciles accounts payable & bank transactions.
• Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure that all processed transactions are tracked and recorded accurately and on a timely manner.
• Supports the production of monthly reports.
• Assists with month end closing.
• Provides supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintains accurate historical records such as SOPs and training materials.

What will give you an advantage:

• Must have a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Good Communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to interpret results and present analysis
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, Word, PPT etc.
• Experience in Accounting Software and Tools.
• Professional accountancy qualification is a benefit but not essential.
• Highly organized and has an eye for details.
• Can operate in a structured and organized way.
