Job Responsibiliies:

  • Hands-on management of daily operational demands and providing resolution to operational problems.
  • Implementation of planning, coordination and control of production processes.
  • Develops sounds plans and controls and ensuring the overall compliance in standard procedures.
  • Review and analysis of financial reports vis-a- vis set budget Plans for efficient production of products.
  • Monitors actual delivery timeliness of trucking services.
  • Implements preventive maintenance program of plant equipment; troubleshooting mechanical problems and supervision of operators.
  • Ensures that the plant is properly complemented to meet the production deadlines.
  • Review of plant layout to enhance efficiency in production.
  • Conducts periodic performance review of subordinates.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical).
  • Working knowledge in food production process, equipment, HACCP, ISO, GMP and production systems management is required.
