We're Hiring: Major Incident Manager
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Major Incident Manager to lead our incident management processes and ensure swift resolution of critical incidents. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing high-pressure situations effectively.
Location:
Taguig, Philippines
Work Mode:
Hybrid (3x a week onsite) & Early Day Shift (Start at 6 AM PH Time)

Major Incident Manager
What You'll Do
Lead the incident management process to restore service operations as quickly as possible.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during major incidents to facilitate timely resolution.
Communicate incident status updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
Analyze incidents post-resolution to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain incident management documentation and reports.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members on incident response protocols.
Continuously improve operational procedures based on feedback and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management or related field.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework, particularly incident management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in using incident management tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
