We're seeking a Corporate Trainer who can empower our people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel. You'll design and deliver impactful training programs across teams — from onboarding to leadership development — ensuring every session is engaging, practical, and aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement L&D frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full training cycle: needs analysis, design, facilitation, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare L&D reports and metrics.
  • Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to measure ROI and business impact.
  • Represent the company in external L&D partnerships or vendor engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in L&D or training, preferably in a BPO or corporate setting
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; LMS experience is a plus
