As a Senior Marketing Specialist + Graphic Designer, you'll support international campaigns and client communications, manage social media and design tasks, and assist with events and internal content-all while staying aligned with a fast-paced finance team focused on results and innovation.

Salary: PHP 45,000 to PHP 60,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate marketing coordination or administrative role (professional services preferred)
• Proven skills in digital marketing and graphic design, with hands-on experience using Canva and Adobe InDesign
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with high attention to detail
• Effective time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and learning new tools quickly
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot); familiarity with NPS software is a plus
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
• Solid understanding of branding, confidentiality, and maintaining a professional standard in all outputs

Your Daily Tasks

• Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, communications, and events
• Support graphic design needs across the firm (e.g. social tiles, flyers, event collateral)
• Update websites and intranet content in line with brand guidelines
• Create and distribute client communications via EDM software (e.g. Campaign Monitor)
• Manage social media scheduling and posting (LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Coordinate event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, and attendee management
• Assist with the collection and collation of marketing data for monthly reporting
• Maintain marketing calendars and schedule appointments as required
• Support the marketing team and wider firm with general administration and ad hoc tasks
