We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales leadership team and help drive business growth. If you excel at managing relationships, optimizing workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support overall sales team performance through coaching, coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze sales reports for accurate and timely management decision-making.
- Ensure all sales operations and processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in sales, real estate, or tech-driven environments.
- Highly dependable and comfortable handling confidential communications, sales documents, client information, and real estate–related contracts.
- Strong decision-making capability with exceptional organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and support a fast-paced sales environment.
