The Role at a Glance

  • Schedule:
    Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM)
  • Work Setup:
    Onsite for the first 3 months in Cebu, then Hybrid
  • Reports to:
    Engineering Manager/Product Lead

Job Responsibilities

Testing & Automation

  • Conduct thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Build and maintain automated E2E tests using Cypress and API tests using APIdog.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to update markups for automation.

Agile & Collaboration

  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases.
  • Provide feedback to optimize performance and maintainability.

Troubleshooting

  • Work with developers to identify and resolve defects quickly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, especially app integrations with Zoom/Teams.
  • Track, report, and follow through on defects to closure.

Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor QA team members, including 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Manage task and resource allocation for the QA team.
  • Maintain test documentation, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Drive continuous improvement using AI agents and other tools.
  • Explore new tools for test process optimization.

Support

  • Provide initial support for GTM products.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of QA Engineer experience, testing web and mobile apps (with Zoom/Teams integration).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, test plans, and test cases.
  • Hands-on with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Proficient in at least one language (JavaScript, Python, PHP, or C#).
  • Knowledge of WebRTC and OAuth 2.0 testing for Zoom/Teams authentication.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership experience.
