Job Purpose

The SAP C4C Developer will be responsible for analysis, development, customization, and support of SAP C4C solutions. The role involves delivering high-quality applications within agreed timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to meet project and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support solutions using SAP C4C (ABSL scripting, PDI, SAP BTP integrations).
  • Develop and maintain reports, forms, and other project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Write, maintain, and update programming documentation based on project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers and team leads to meet timelines and SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes (CMMI) and project documentation standards.
  • Research and continuously improve skills through training, self-study, and certifications.
  • Proactively escalate unresolved issues within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Perform other duties as required by the PM or Team Lead.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C development, including ABSL scripting, PDI, and SAP Business Technology Platform integrations.
  • SAP C4C certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of NodeJS development.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with version control systems and continuous integration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
