Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a professional store environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, goal-driven, and uphold high standards of appearance and conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service at all times.
- Understand and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Restock and maintain the visual appeal of merchandise displays.
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention.
- Handle customer concerns courteously and escalate when necessary.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance required.
- Visible tattoos are not allowed while on duty.
Work Environment:
- Retail store setting with standing and occasional lifting.
- Fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
