Key Responsibilities

  • Complete timely and accurate initial credentialing and re-credentialing of network practitioners, including PSV and all additional requirements.
  • Support compliance audits of delegated healthcare entities; prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Work with leadership on process improvements, policy reviews, and departmental enhancements.
  • Monitor and re-verify expiring credentials in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Process provider initial and reappointment applications; follow up for completion and escalate to the Medical Staff Office when needed.
  • Maintain and update provider demographic data; ensure accurate disclosure and perform ongoing quality audits.
  • Handle provider access requests and support related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical staff services or a CVO setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with credentialing standards, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Experience with HR background checks and employment verification in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Credential Stream or similar credentialing software experience is a plus.
  • CPCS or CPMSM certification (NAMSS) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php37,000.00 per month
