Job Summary:

Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data to assess processes,

determine requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations and reports, and IT solution to

the business problem.

BAs engage with business POCs, users and IT SMEs to understand how data-driven changes to

process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.

They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what is technologically feasible

and functionally reasonable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops,

surveys, site visits (if applicable), business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios,

business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.

  1. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,

decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level

information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the

underlying true needs.

  1. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to

analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following

artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document),

Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs).

  1. Work with users to define concepts.

  2. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully

execute their plans.

  1. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external

customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.

  1. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural

language.

  1. Collaborate with developers, IT infrastructure and subject matter experts to

establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and

performance needs.

  1. Liaise between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

  2. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.

  3. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action

Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.

  1. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.

Job Requirements:


• Graduate of BS/BA in Information Technology and other related courses.

Experience:


• Level 1 – At least 1 years in IT Business Analysis


• Level 2 – At least 2 years in IT Business Analysis


• Level 3 – At least 4 years in IT Business Analysis


• Level 4 – At least 6 years in IT Business Analysis
